Denise Abda

Health, Nutrition and Wellness

Denise Abda's introduction to holistic health and wellness began after she exhausted traditional therapies for her own health problems. Through research into nutrition and understanding the awareness of acid/alkaline balance for the body, she teaches the importance of food choices and how it affects your health.

Ms Abda is a graduate of the University of Scranton with a BS in Biochemistry. Prior to becoming a health consultant, she was employed at Community Medical Center in Scranton, Pennsylvania as a Medical Technologist (MT), certified by the American Society of Clinical Pathology. She furthered her education by studying under world-renowned microbiologist, Robert O. Young, DSc, PhD, ND at the pH Miracle Center in San Diego, CA, earning her certification in microscopy (IMA) in 2003.

She has also graduated from The Institute of Integrative Nutrition in NYC where she earned certification from The American Association Drugless Practitioners (AADP). Her expertise of over 15 years in the wellness industry, includes identifying acid/alkaline balance in the blood through education and demonstration of the "New Biology". In her practice, she reveals the single most underlying cause of disease is the over-acidification of the body by lifestyle choices in nutrition and health.

Ms. Abda conducts 3 to 6 month programs for both individuals and groups in addition to promoting wellness through a series of informative topics.
